What you can expect from us

Who owns the code, how we use AI, what we do with data, accessibility and security. In writing, so you don't have to ask.

The code is yours

  • From day one, not at the end of the project.
  • Everything documented: your software never depends on a single person, and that includes us.
  • Code others can maintain, in case you decide one day to carry on with another team.

How we use AI

  • Only where it improves the result, not to dress up a presentation.
  • We don't train models on your data or send it to third parties without your permission.
  • With clear permissions: when we connect an AI assistant to your systems, each person sees only what they should. How we connect AI to your data.

Data protection

If a project involves us handling personal data on your behalf, we do it as a data processor, with the contract the GDPR requires, and only for what you've asked us to do.

This website, for example, uses no cookies, doesn't track visits and loads nothing from third parties. We explain it in the privacy policy (in Spanish).

Accessibility

We work to level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG), the level required of public bodies in Spain. On this website we check it automatically with every change, on mobile and desktop. Accessibility statement (in Spanish).

Security

  • Frequent deliveries you can try out, so problems show up before it's too late.
  • Automated tests that run again with every change.
  • As few third parties as possible: every external service we add is one more door, so it only goes in if it's needed.

For public bodies

AA accessibility and hosting in the European Union, through minor contracts and with e-invoicing via FACe. What we do for councils (in Spanish).
