Who is responsible

This policy applies to the mobile apps published by Nuvola Studio. The controller is NUVOLA STUDIO SL(tax ID B70955885), Paseo Zorrilla 22, 2º A, 47006 Valladolid, Spain. Contact: contacto@nuvolastudiogroup.com.

What the apps collect

The apps do not require registration and do not ask for your name, email or files. Some apps can use your location or a contact you pick, only when you ask them to; each one explains it in its own section below. We do not receive or store personal data about you.

Advertising (Google AdMob)

The apps show ads through Google AdMob. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, Google may collect data from your device, such as its advertising identifier, IP address, device and app information, and how you interact with the ads. Google processes these data under its own policy: How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services.

In the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, the apps ask for your consent when you open them. You can reset or limit your advertising identifier at any time in your device settings.

In-app purchases (RevenueCat)

Some apps offer an optional one-off purchase. The purchase is handled by the store (Google Play or the App Store) and verified by RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., United States), which receives an anonymous app identifier and the purchase receipt, not your name or email, to know whether you have the purchase and to restore it. RevenueCat processes these data under its own policy: RevenueCat privacy policy.

What you mark. The municipalities you mark and the challenges you complete are stored only on your phone. We have no servers or accounts: we do not receive or store anything you mark. If you export a backup, you save or share the file yourself, wherever you choose. If your phone's backup (Google or iCloud) is turned on, the system may include these data in it, in your account.

Your location. The app only uses your location when you tap “I'm here”, once, to find out which municipality you are in. It is used on your phone and discarded: it is not stored or sent anywhere. It is never used in the background.

Pueblario Pro. If you buy Pueblario Pro, the purchase is handled by the store (Google Play or the App Store) and verified by RevenueCat (RevenueCat, Inc., United States), which receives an anonymous app identifier and the purchase receipt, not your name or email, to know whether you have Pro and to restore it.

Map data. Municipal boundaries are from Spain's National Geographic Institute (CC BY 4.0 ign.es) and population figures from the INE. They come inside the app: they are not downloaded.

Advertising. The app shows Google AdMob ads only on the Stats and Challenges screens, never on the map. The “Advertising (Google AdMob)” section of this policy applies, and in the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom you are asked for your consent.

Draw data. The group name, the participants' names or nicknames, the exclusions, the wish lists and the results are stored only on the organiser's phone. We have no servers or accounts: we do not receive or store any of this. Participants' names are other people's data: the organiser types them and decides whom to send each link to. If the organiser exports a backup of their groups, the file is saved wherever they choose and we never see it.

Contacts. If you pick someone from your contacts, your phone opens its own contact picker and the app only receives the contact you choose. It stores only the name, never the phone number or email, and does not read the rest of your contacts.

Reveal links. Each person's result is encrypted on the phone and travels in the part of the link after the hash (#). Browsers never send that part to the server. The page amigo.nuvolastudiogroup.comdecrypts the result in the browser of whoever opens it and does not send or store anything: it has no cookies, analytics or third-party resources. It is hosted by Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which, like any web server, logs technical data about each visit, such as the IP address and browser, but never the result. Anyone with a complete link can open it, so the app reminds the organiser to send each link without opening it.

Sending. Links are sent with the phone's share sheet (WhatsApp, Telegram, SMS, email…). What happens next depends on the app you choose to send them.

Ads. There is only a banner on the list of draws, never when revealing or on the web page. It is covered by the AdMob and consent sections above.

Remove ads. If you buy “Remove ads”, the purchase is handled by Google Play and verified by RevenueCat, as explained above.

Your rights

You can ask us for access, rectification or erasure of your data, and object to or restrict its processing, by writing to contacto@nuvolastudiogroup.com. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Publicidad (Google AdMob)
